My Girlfriend Is a Nine-Tailed Fox / My Girlfriend is a Gumiho tells the journey of someone named Cha Tae Woong played by Lee Seung Gi where Cha has a very childish nature and is eager to become a Super Hero. One time, Cha Tae Woong accidentally released a Guminho (stealth fox nine tailed as in the manga Naruto movie) which then guminho this into the body of a woman played by Shin Min Ah. The woman who is possessed by this nine-tailed fox silent continues to follow Tae Wang wherever she goes. At first Tae Wang is pleased with the presence of the woman who is possessed by this gumiho because with the presence of the woman, many think the beautiful woman is Tae Wang's girlfriend. But eventually Tae Wang feels scared because many people say that the gumiho likes to eat the human heart as well until finally he tried to avoid the gumiho woman.
